The Body Coach Youtube channel. A British teacher/PT has made videos on fitness that can be done in the classroom. They range from 5 to 10 minutes of simple exercises that don't require much room.

A: Spin around in a circle 5 times
B: Hop on one foot and then on the other 5 times
C: Jump up and down 5 times

H: Balance on one foot for 20 seconds
I: Jump up and down 20 times
