Keep checking this page to see Room 6 in action doing lots of different things both in and out of our classroom. Our teacher tries to make learning fun for us!

In TERM ONE, we enjoyed swimming in our school pool twice a week. These are some pictures of us in the water. We are having lots of fun together!

Ringa Ringa Rosie...

We all fall down!

We also drew self-portraits during Art. We paid attention to size, shape, space and detail when drawing ourselves. What do you think of our finished work?

As a part of procedure writing, we made Banana ice-cream with Miss Bhave. These are our pictures while making it, and especially taken by one of us, to share with all of you.

We used frozen cold chopped bananas and some milk.

We mixed it together using the food processor. Most of us know it as a food mixer.

This is the banana ice-cream all mixed and almost ready to eat!

Room 6 sat in a circle and enjoyed the delicious and healthy ice-cream. We decided that it is healthy because it uses fruits and milk, both of which are good for us.

We used cornflour, water, food colouring, a measuring cup, a bowl and a spoon to make slimy gloop!

We took turns to mix the cornflour and water together...

Then we added the food colouring into it.

Lastly we passed the gloop around and took turns to feel it. It felt sticky and gooey!

Room 6 made their own analogue clocks in Maths.
We also learnt how to tell the time using 'o'clock' and half past.

Can you tell the time on our clocks?
